Boot Camps Wellington are the leaders in outdoor group fitness training services. Coming up to 5 years of serving Wellingtonians, we are expanding due to a strong brand, high technical skills and many satisfied customer referrals.  We want those who are leaders and have aspirations to be the best and strive for continual personal development.  

 

We are looking for committed self-starters that will encourage and inspire our boot campers on their path to success.  You need to be approachable while able to develop key relationships.  A high standard of customer service is paramount and will always be your priority as you will be providing your services in public places.

 

You will be provided with the necessary exercise equipment to fulfil your challenging, safe and effective group training sessions.  

 

Your own reliable car is a must as this job will be performed at outdoor public locations.

 

  • You must be a quick thinker and able to use your initiative to keep clients engaged and provide a unique exercise experience.  
  • Ability to multitask and assess a client who may need extra assistance while ensuring the rest of the group are functioning well.

You will be a self employed contractor or casual worker responsible for your own tax, ACC and any other business expenses incurred. 

 

Training would commence asap and will consist of attending two 45 minute sessions, to get a sense of how our sessions are run. These 45 minute sessions will be paid. 

 

This a great opportunity to see if you have what it takes to be a part of the team. Following this training, you will be paid $40 per class that you run. A higher rate can be negotiated for exceptional experience and skill level. 

 

The on-going opportunity exists for regular sessions every week. The perfect candidate will also have personal training experience and may be suitable to take mobile one on one clients with our other service offerings.

 

Experience isn't necessary, as if you have what it takes we will provide you with the skills and opportunity to gain valuable experience. 

 

A genuine passion for helping people achieve success and a healthy and active lifestyle is a must, as is a relevant tertiary qualification.
